What it contributes

How to take it

Shake well. Take 1ml a day using the dropper, directly by mouth or added to a drink. Each 60ml bottle holds 60 servings: two months of daily use. Refrigerate after opening and use within six months.

Is the vitamin D3 really vegan?

Yes. Most vitamin D3 is made from lanolin, a substance from sheep's wool. Longevia D3+K2 uses vitamin D3 sourced from algae, and the product is certified vegan.

How much vitamin D is in each serving?

100µg (4,000 IU) per 1ml, 2,000% of the nutrient reference value. This is the maximum daily amount recommended for adults, so don't combine it with other vitamin D supplements.

What is MK-7?

Menaquinone-7 is a form of vitamin K2. Each serving provides 100µg.

What does liposomal mean?

The vitamins are enclosed in tiny spheres of phospholipids, here made from sunflower.

What does it taste like?

A natural apple and vanilla flavour, lightly sweetened with xylitol.

Considerations.
