Longevia Blend
Most people know they should eat more plants. Most people do not manage it. Longevia Blend is designed for that gap: a single daily scoop delivering over 35 organic whole-food ingredients in concentrated powder form, covering the nutritional ground that even a reasonably good diet typically misses.
The ingredient list spans five distinct categories, each chosen for functional value rather than marketing appeal.

Green foods and algae: Pre-sprouted activated barley and barley grass, wheat grass, spirulina, chlorella, quinoa, alfalfa, kelp, moringa, Siberian ginseng, green tea, nettle, olive leaf, parsley, peppermint, turmeric and black pepper. Pre-sprouted barley is harvested at the point of maximum enzyme and nutrient density, just before germination. Spirulina contributes a protein concentration higher than most animal sources, gram for gram.
Fruits and berries: Acerola cherry, baobab, acai, bilberry, blueberry, lucuma and apple. Acerola cherry is among the most concentrated natural sources of vitamin C available. Baobab provides more vitamin C than oranges, more calcium than milk and more potassium than bananas, weight for weight.
Vegetables: Beetroot, carrot, kale, broccoli, spinach, maca root and asparagus. Kale and broccoli are among the most nutrient-dense foods in regular use; beetroot contributes dietary nitrates and betanin antioxidants; maca is an adaptogenic root with a long history of traditional use.
Seeds: Linseed and fennel seed, contributing fibre, lignans and digestive support.
Mushrooms: Seven organic varieties: almond, chaga, cordyceps, lion's mane, maitake, reishi and shiitake. These represent the most researched functional mushrooms currently available. Reishi has a centuries-long history in East Asian medicine; lion's mane and cordyceps have attracted growing scientific interest for their effects on cognitive function and energy metabolism.
